Yes, it is typical to tip your therapist between 18-22% of the undiscounted price of your session.

We do our best to maintain some same day availability, however, it is best to reserve your appointment at least a week in advance. If you have a particular time or massage therapist that you prefer, it is best to pre-reserve your next appointment at the time of checkout.

We do have one couples massage room with two massage therapy tables and one couples sauna room. People may reserve these rooms if they would like to experience their sessions together. Sometimes this is a couple, sometimes it is a child and parent and sometimes it is just friends. If you would like to reserve these rooms we recommend scheduling at least a week in advance and we also ask that you call (207) 376-3233 to schedule all couples sessions—couples sessions are not available to schedule from our online booking system.

Yes we do, and there is no additional charge. We ask that you are out of your first trimester and to let us know when booking your appointment so that we may set up our pregnancy pillow system for your comfort.

Yes. All of our massage therapists are highly trained and they all want you to receive regular care. It is a good idea to have a few favorite therapists so that your scheduling needs may best be accommodated for.

No. All session enhancements are focused on enhancing the session time you have already reserved.

You are not charged for your scheduled appointment until after your appointment at the time that you check out with our front desk team. At this time, our front desk team will remove your credit card from the appointment and replace it with your gift certificate.
